Ping ได้แต่เข้าอินเตอร์เน็ตไม่ได้
ปัญหานี้อาจเกิดจากโปรแกรม Winsock ซึ่งเป็นโปรแกรมสำหรับการเชื่อมต่ออินเตอร์เน็ตมีปัญหา

ให้ reset Network Adapter ของ Windows
- เข้า cmd run as  Administrator  cmd


- พิมพ์คำสั้ง netsh winsock reset  -> enter


- restart เครื่อง PC

Windows 7 ที่หน้า desktop icon newtork ขึ้น  กากากบาท แต่มีสัญญา internet มา สามารถใช้งานคำสั้ง reset winsock แก้ไขได้

You may be able to fix DNS with some command prompt commands:

1. Open Command Prompt as administrator.
2. When Command Prompt opens, enter:

• netsh int IP reset
• netsh Winsock reset
• ipconfig /flushdns
• ipconfig /renew
• Restart your computer.

These commands reset your IP and clear the DNS cache.
